We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manager to join our team at Kumar & Giri, Chartered Accountants. As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading audit and assurance engagements, providing high-quality services to clients, and contributing to the growth and development of the firm. You will work closely with partners, senior managers, and other team members to deliver exceptional results and build strong relationships with clients.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Lead audit and assurance engagements for various clients, including financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations

  • Plan and execute audit engagements, ensuring compliance with auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and firm policies

  • Supervise and review the work of audit assistants and seniors, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables

  • Communicate with clients, understand their business needs, and provide recommendations to improve their financial reporting and internal controls

  • Conduct financial statement analysis, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to clients

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting and auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and industry developments

  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential clients

  • Mentor and train junior staff members, promoting professional development and growth

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹390, ₹793,553.58 per year
