Accounting Advisor (Contractual Role)

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our US Accounting Support team as QuickBooks Online (QBO) Accounting Associates on 7 month contractual basis.
  • This role provides comprehensive training in QuickBooks and US GAAP.
  • You will interact with clients over calls, resolve accounting-related queries, and gain hands-on experience in US accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn QuickBooks Online (QBO) during training and assist clients post-training.
  • Provide support on basic accounting queries including bank reconciliations, payroll, tax filings, and bookkeeping.
  • Troubleshoot and guide clients on technical and accounting issues.
  • Assist with chart of accounts setup and preparation of financial reports.
  • Educate clients on best practices for using QuickBooks effectively.
  • Stay updated with QuickBooks features and US accounting practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client satisfaction.
  • Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors / Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles; familiarity with US GAAP is an advantage.
  • Interest in learning QuickBooks and US accounting processes.
  • Strong communication skills to explain concepts clearly to clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (US shift timings).

Employment Details -

  • Contract Duration: 7 months
  • Confirmation: Full-time opportunity based on performance after contract
  • Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
  • Work Location: In-person (Ahmedabad, Gujarat)
  • Timings: 9 PM – 6 AM (IST)
