Job Overview: We are currently seeking proactive and dedicated Article Assistants who have successfully cleared both groups of the CA Intermediate exam. This remote articleship position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals on varied engagements in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial advisory.

Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the preparation and finalization of financial statements and audit reports. Supporting seniors in statutory, internal audits, and tax audits. Engaging actively in direct and indirect tax compliance and advisory. Preparing and filing Income Tax Returns, GST returns, and various regulatory compliance forms. Researching and summarizing relevant accounting and tax-related regulations and standards. Collaborating closely with the team for delivering timely and high-quality client deliverables. Participating in virtual client meetings and maintaining professional client relationships.

Qualifications: Successfully cleared both groups of CA Intermediate examinations (mandatory). Strong foundational knowledge in Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards, Income Tax, and GST. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books is advantageous. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Skills and Competencies: Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in financial and tax-related tasks. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and disciplined for remote work. Eagerness to learn and adapt to dynamic client environments. Team-oriented with a collaborative working style.
