Process Overview*

EDPP (Enterprise Data Protection and Privacy) provides services across CSWT organizations by driving "Data Protection" framework, and provide/facilitate consultation, partnerships, and support. Sanitize NPI/PCI data in lower-level environments across CSWT. Provision certification data in PROD across CSWT for Postproduction Certifications, Break-Fix Support, Associates Training and Disaster Recovery support and also Provision certified data in lower level environments across consumer technology.

Job Description*

• Looking for an execution engineer in Enterprise Data Protection and Privacy Team. This role is responsible for Discovery of Confidential data using different vendor and in-house discovery tools. The resource will be responsible for discovery execution on different applications across the Enterprise such as Oracle DB, Sql server DB, and Mainframe files etc. Once data is discovered, the resource will be responsible for creating a report and providing to application managers. This role ensures that data classification across applications in Bank of America is properly maintained and recorded so that Risk with confidential data might be protected on time.

Responsibilities*

• Discovery and Protection of confidential data

• Scanning of data using different Discovery tools

• Could be responsible for Protection of confidential data using different protection tools too.

• Creation and validation of Discovery report

• Partnership with Discovery leads, managers and other internal team members

Requirements*

Education*

• BE, B.Tech / Post Graduation

Certifications if Any: NA

Experience Range*

• 5+ Years

Foundational Skills

• SDET Experience with Test Automation
• Understanding of Data landscape
• Good RDBMS knowledge
• Good Hands-on on either SQL/ORACLE/DB2/Hive/Teradata/Mainframe VSAM/IMS/AS400/ Hadoop
• Understanding of Data Privacy Elements and Confidential data
• Good Communication

Desired Skills*

• Knowledge about REGEX's

• Good analytical ability and problem solving skills

• UNIX or Python or Mainframe JCL scripting

• Program management skills a plus

• Experience in any of the Sensitive Data Discovery/Data Profiling/Data Masking Products will be a Big Plus
