Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer located in Coimbatore. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, handling client inquiries, providing technical presentations, and working closely with the engineering team to meet client requirements. The role involves regular client interactions and travel to different sites as needed for demonstrations and support.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and developing client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related field
- Experience in the pump industry is beneficial
- Ability to travel and work independently on-site
