Responsibilities

  • Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications as prescribed by IS Standards.
  • Ensure Safety permits and full-time supervision for high-risk activities and ensure compliance to company HSE policy.
  • Maintain and Check the quality of RCC works such as foundations, columns, beams, walls and slabs etc.
  • Maintain and Check the quality of all finishing works and materials As per methodologies & Finishes plan, AAC Block work, Brickwork & Plastering works with material testing, PHE (concealed & external line), Firefighting works, Flooring & Tiling, IPS & VDF Flooring, Electrical works, Doors & Aluminum sliding Windows fixtures.
  • Interior works (POP & gypsum wall punning, Partition Walls, false ceiling, structural glazing, Faade, Louvers etc).
  • Waterproofing works, Acrylic Polymer modified cementitious waterproofing, Bituminous & HDPE membrane, Crystalline treatment & Integral waterproofing for Basements, Water tanks, terraces, Bathrooms, W.Cs & conventional
  • Identifying Non-Conformities, reporting and monitoring compliance and resolution of the same.
  • Monitor for proper Housekeeping by Contractors & Labours.
