We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and strategic direction of scalable onboarding and KYC platforms. In this role, you will shape the architecture of mission-critical systems, mentor engineering teams, and define long-term technical roadmaps that drive global scalability and compliance. You will collaborate closely with product managers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions while fostering an environment of engineering excellence. Accountabilities:

· Architect and develop robust, scalable onboarding and KYC platform solutions to support global expansion.

· Define and implement long-term technical strategies, roadmaps, and architectural guidelines.

· Mentor, coach, and elevate the skills of engineering teams through hands-on development, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

· Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and senior leadership to align technical initiatives with business goals.

· Ensure platform reliability, performance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Contribute to multi-year platform engineering strategy beyond onboarding, providing thought leadership across the organization.

· Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and high-quality engineering practices.
