The Investment Manager is responsible for fund operations, compliance, portfolio engagement, and investor servicing. We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join the team and work directly on the Fund's operations and compliance. The role will be the backbone of regulatory, investor, and operational processes..

Key Responsibilities

1. Fund Operations & Coordination

  1. Manage day-to-day RTA coordination including investor onboarding, ISIN creation, and record maintenance.
  2. Liaise with vendors, custodians, accountants, and compliance partners for smooth execution of fund operations.
  3. Maintain fund SOPs, trackers, and ensure structured data management across records.
  4. Coordinate with fund accountants on documentation, reconciliations, and investor share/expense alignment.
  5. Handle payments (vendor, taxes), custody processes, and LLP-Fund compliance alignment.

2. Compliance & Regulatory Filings

  1. Prepare and manage SEBI/Trustee filings, regulatory reports, and PPM alignment.
  2. Execute urgent or ad-hoc SEBI filings and maintain compliance research.
  3. Oversee NSDL/ISIN compliance and post-deal administration.
  4. Support GST/Demat applications, LLP registrations, and tax filings.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate investor SOA checks, reconciliations, and compliance records.

3. Investor & LP Support

  1. Assist in investor communication and engagement, including reconciliations, SOAs, and reporting packs.
  2. Support internal/external meeting setups, maintain action trackers, and coordinate with LPs and stakeholders.
  3. Contribute to investor-ready documents, notes, and compliance updates.

4. Documentation & Research

  1. Assist in drafting and review of fund documents, investor notes, and operational records.
  2. Conduct research for compliance, filings, deal processes, and investor material.
  3. Provide operational backup during urgent compliance or reporting requirements.

5. General Operations

  1. Contribute to internal process alignment, trackers, and fund-level documentation.
  2. Support cleanup activities and ad-hoc operational tasks.
  3. Assist in cross-functional requirements across fund management.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Law or related discipline.
  2. 0–2 years of experience in fund operations, compliance, or investment administration (AIF/VC/PE preferred).
  3. Familiarity with SEBI/AIF regulations, investor onboarding, and compliance filings.
  4. Strong organizational skills with emphasis on accuracy, detail, and deadlines.
  5. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, drafting, and data management tools.
  6. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  7. Flexible and proactive mindset with ability to handle urgent tasks.
