Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Coordinate with the paid media team and brand strategists to ensure timely delivery of all deliverables
- Keep in regular touch with the clients and service clients on all queries
- Get repeated business from existing clients or cross-sell newer services
- Ensure that client retention is always high
- Devise and comply to various reporting standards for the clients
- Coordinate any "out-of-scope" client activities
- Ensure regular and timely service to clients to throughout and even after project execution
- Maintain high level of client engagement through daily contact
- Make sure that the overall client KPIs and end deliverables are met
