Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Business Analyst / Project Manager
to join our growing team. This hybrid role requires a candidate who can seamlessly bridge business needs with technical execution, while managing project timelines and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and experience working with Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, AI solutions, and React-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Support solution design and validate deliverables against requirements.

Project Management

  • Manage small to mid-sized projects from initiation to closure.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in both
    business analysis
    and
    project coordination/management
    .
  • Exceptional
    verbal and written communication skills
    .
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with
    Microsoft technologies
    , especially:
  • Office 365 (SharePoint, Power Platform)
  • Azure AI / Cognitive Services
  • React or similar front-end frameworks
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (PMP, PMI-ACP).
  • Experience with tools like
    JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project
    .
  • Exposure to
    AI-driven solutions
    and
    modern web technologies
    .
