Production and Support Engineer

  • Experience of 2 to 4 years in L2 Production Support / Maintenance of Software Applications adhering to SLAs in any industry (Fintech preferred).
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Ability to understand Product Functionality and provide resolutions or workarounds.
  • Working experience with Agile Scrum/Kanban environment
  • Experience in writing queries in RDBMS (SQL Server, MySQL etc databases)
  • Experience with Operations in Amazon Web Services or similar cloud providers
  • Experience with API frameworks / Swagger / Postman
  • Knowledge with Containers and Kubernetes
  • Experience working with monitoring and observability tools (Splunk / CloudWatch / ELK / DataDog / Dynatrace / Grafana)
  • Experience with Production Incident Management & RCA processes.
  • Experience with Software tools (Confluence, JIRA, GIT, PagerDuty)
  • Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
  • Experience with Software Test Automation or Development (any Language) is an added advantage.
  • Experience working in Financial Technology Industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Career minded, Logical-Thinking individuals who are not afraid of challenges.
