Role & responsibilities

Role will include Social Media like Content creation & strategizing, agency partnership, New Product development & Digital will include - QR code at store level, website, CRM, NSO, various offers across stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Media Strategy Development

• Craft and implement comprehensive media plans that align with the brands

objectives and effectively target the intended audience.

• Develop and manage a mix of digital and traditional media campaigns aimed

at increasing brand awareness and driving customer engagement.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure media strategies are integrated

with broader marketing goals.

Campaign Management

• Oversee the full lifecycle of media campaigns, including paid advertising,

social media, and content partnerships, from planning to execution.

• Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to create engaging

campaign assets.

• Track campaign budgets, schedules, and performance metrics to ensure

objectives are met.

Social Media Management

• Build and expand the companys social media presence across various

platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

• Develop compelling content strategies to enhance audience interaction and

grow follower counts.

• Engage with customers on social media, managing interactions to maintain a

positive brand image.

Agency and Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with external media and PR agencies to execute campaigns,

including media buying, content creation, and distribution.

• Monitor and evaluate agency performance, ensuring high-quality outputs and

cost-efficiency.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze media campaign performance data to optimize current efforts and

inform future initiatives.

• Generate regular performance reports, providing insights on campaign ROI

and actionable recommendations for management.

• Utilize analytics tools to track key metrics, identify patterns, and guide

strategic decisions.

Brand Management

• Ensure a consistent brand voice is maintained across all media channels.

• Align all content with brand guidelines, ensuring it resonates effectively with

the target audience.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:


• Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 4-10 years of experience in media planning, media buying, or social media

management.

• Proficiency with media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout

Social).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.

• Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize spending across media channels
