We are looking for a Techno-Functional Leader to drive the implementation and integration of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Advanced Planning Systems (APS) such as Blue Yonder and Anaplan, tightly integrated with SAP and plant automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead end-to-end implementation, integration & Operations of MES & APS solutions across multiple plants.


• Act as system owner for Blue Yonder, Anaplan, and MES platforms, ensuring alignment with production and planning needs.


• Design and manage interfaces across MES–SAP–APS–L2 layers.


• Hands-on with Oracle, Java, and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).


• Ensure governance, performance, and scalability of mission-critical manufacturing systems.

. Adapt to cutting edge technologies (AI/ML) & tools and leverage it for business benefits


• Collaborate with operations, central planning, and IT teams for smooth plant operations.

Experience & Skills:


• 15–20 years in IT/Manufacturing Systems; 8+ years in MES or APS (Blue Yonder, Anaplan, O9, Kinaxis).


• Proven expertise in Oracle, Java, integration with SAP (PP/MM/QM/PM).


• Exposure to manufacturing or process industry environments.


• Strong techno-functional understanding, leadership, and stakeholder management.
