Role Description

This is
work from office
and full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Sangamner. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's social media presence across various platforms. Daily tasks will include crafting compelling content strategies, engaging with audiences, executing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing necessary optimizations. The role requires a creative, data-driven approach to enhance visibility, grow online communities, and support overall marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Must have strong knowledge of Google, Meta ads and lead generation
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategies
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track and enhance social media performance
• Creative mindset with experience in engaging content creation
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Previous experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
