Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Cybersecurity Trainer. In this position, you will deliver cybersecurity training programs, design innovative course content, and provide mentorship to aspiring security professionals. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, conducting hands-on workshops, and keeping training programs aligned with the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices. You will also support team initiatives in creating new learning modules and addressing emerging challenges in the field of cybersecurity.

QualificationsRole & Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive and hands-on training in cybersecurity concepts (Red Team, Blue Team, Ethical Hacking, Pentesting, SOC, SIEM, etc.).
• Teach practical labs, real-world attack simulations, and industry-based case studies.
• Prepare students for international certifications (CEH, CPENT, eJPT, OSCP, etc.).
• Conduct workshops, assessments, challenges, writeups and project mentorship.
• Stay updated on latest threats, exploits, vulnerabilities and cybersecurity tools.
• Create training content, learning materials, presentations and lab exercises.
• Evaluate student progress and provide guidance, feedback and career direction.
• Participate in curriculum development and help improve training quality.
• Support in cybersecurity research, red-team simulations and threat analysis if required.
• Engage learners, deliver high-energy sessions online / offline.
