About the Role

We are hiring IT Recruiters to join our Domestic Staffing team in Gurugram. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for niche and super-niche IT requirements across Cloud, Data, ERP, and Emerging Technologies. Youll be responsible for driving Subcontracting and Full-Time (FTE) hiring models while working closely with top Global System Integrators (GSIs) and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, coordination, and closures across multiple IT skill sets.
  • Handle both Subcontracting and FTE recruitment models efficiently.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, headhunting, and internal databases.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for ongoing and upcoming positions.
  • Partner with account managers and delivery teams to meet client hiring requirements and SLA timelines.
  • Ensure timely closures and achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and reports in ATS and internal systems.
  • (For Senior Role) Mentor junior recruiters, monitor performance, and ensure quality hiring outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • IT Recruiter:

  • Hands-on experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.

  • Proven expertise in sourcing and closing roles in Cloud, Data, ERP, Cybersecurity, and Product Engineering domains.
  • Strong headhunting and candidate engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting Global System Integrator (GSI) or large enterprise accounts.
  • Knowledge of IT market trends, emerging technologies, and talent mapping.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Shift timings - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working days - Monday to Friday and Saturday Half day
