Role Overview:

As a Clinical Quality Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation and processes. This role focuses on maintaining compliance with healthcare standards, identifying gaps or errors in clinical records, and supporting clinicians to improve documentation quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and update clinical documentation based on clinician updates (Voice notes, Cheat sheets, messages).
  • Ensure all tagged messages are addressed and appropriate actions are taken.
  • Conduct quality checks and review OASIS reports following the established audit protocol.
  • Identify gaps, discrepancies, or compliance issues in clinical reports and escalate when necessary.
  • Coordinate with clinicians for missing or incomplete data via calls or written communication
  • Maintain professional and timely communication to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for clinical quality review.
  • Provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • BAMS, BHMS, BDS,BSMS, Pharm D
  • 0-5 years of clinical or healthcare setting experience.
  • Profound knowledge of medical terminology and clinical processes.
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Typing speed) - Mandatory
  • Excellent English communication, written and verbal - Mandatory
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum..
  • Flexibility to work in Night shifts - Mandatory.
