We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Bench Sales Recruiter
to join our staffing and consulting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench candidates, building strong relationships with vendors, and successfully placing consultants on projects. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills with a strong understanding of the US IT staffing market.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and place bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, H4-EAD, Green Card, and US Citizen) across multiple technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and secure client requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms, rates, and close deals with clients and vendors.
- Track and manage the status of all bench consultants and regularly update management.
- Work closely with consultants to understand their skills, experience, and preferences.
- Prepare and submit consultants' resumes for suitable opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all immigration and employment regulations.
- Maintain daily/weekly activity reports for transparency and performance tracking.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or related field (preferred).
- 0 –3 years of experience in
US IT staffing/bench sales recruiting
. - Strong knowledge of US job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in achieving placements and meeting sales targets.
- Knowledge of immigration terms and work authorizations (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, etc.).
