Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raipur for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily on-site operations, manage staff, coordinate construction activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations, perform site inspections, and liaise with project managers and clients. The individual will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining equipment, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are adhered to.

Qualifications

• Project management and team supervision skills
• Experience in construction operations and site inspections
• Proficiency in safety regulations and compliance
• Good troubleshooting skills and ability to maintain equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams
• Experience with Caterpillar machinery is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
