Job Vacancy: Tele counselor (NEET/JEE Coaching)

Role Overview

We are hiring energetic and target-driven Tele counselors for our NEET/JEE coaching institute. The role requires calling, counseling, and admissions conversion while ensuring daily walk-ins and participation in scholarship test campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Fresh Calls: Make 150–170 outbound calls daily to prospective students & parents.

Daily Walk-ins: Generate 5–7 walk-in enquiries per day through effective follow-ups.

Academic & Career Counseling: Guide students on academic goals and career choices in medicine/engineering.

Weekly Seminars & Scholarship Test: Ensure 60–100 parents/students participation in seminars and scholarship drives.

Course Promotion: Explain the features & benefits of NEET/JEE coaching programs clearly and persuasively.

Database Management: Update leads, enquiries, and follow-up status accurately.

Target Achievement: Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment goals with consistency.

Collaboration: Coordinate with faculty/admin staff to create a supportive learning environment.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication, persuasion & presentation skills (Hindi/English/Marathi preferred).

Ability to handle high-volume calling and convert leads effectively.

Strong interpersonal & mentoring skills.

Knowledge of NEET/JEE exam formats & syllabus (preferred).

Graduate (freshers with strong communication can apply).
