Job Description

Internship Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Team Intern to join our team and help with customer research for intracity logistics needs (mainly around courier). This role offers hands-on experience in business development, primary research, and product launch while contributing to the expansion of our logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to understand SME logistics challenges and needs.
  • Develop and propose strategic recommendations to enter the untapped market.
  • Interact with various stakeholders, including logistics managers and procurement teams, to establish partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and product, to tailor solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Support the creation of business proposals, presentations, and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gather feedback from clients and field teams to refine acquisition strategies.
  • Suggest and execute initiatives to drive enterprise client engagement and retention.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and generate insights.
  • A plus is proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
