LASER PROCESS ENGINEER

Education : DME/ B.E.
Duration : 06 to 08 Months
Experience : 2+ years
Lead technicians and laser cell operators to achieve KPIs (OEE, JPH).
Monitor absenteeism and ensure adherence to SOPs, productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Manage manpower, PPE usage, and issue of consumables.
Track and analyze downtime; implement root cause solutions.
Oversee production as per plan, ensuring quality and quantity targets.
Drive quick changeover activities and maintain correct product identification.
Ensure 5S, housekeeping, and TPM implementation on the shop floor.
Record hourly production performance and manage resource utilization effectively.
Collaborate with maintenance, process, and quality teams for interventions.
