Digital Marketing | Growth Engineer Assistant
A leading digital agency based out of Toronto; Canada is looking for an SEO leader/ organic growth hacking expert. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with over 150+ clients in 20 different industry verticals and guide the Execution Specialists in delivering stellar growth for their accounts.
The position is remote and the successful candidate can be located anywhere in India. The compensation will be based on competitive local standards. Please DO NOT apply if you do not have experience managing campaigns in USA and Canada. Prior agency experience is a must. The work hours will be 9 am to 5 pm Toronto time ( 6 pm to 2 am India time approx) Majority of our team members are remote and based out of different cities in India.
Role: - ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute successful SEO strategies for your client portfolioIdentify key SEO KPIs based on clients business objectivesPerform large scale keyword research regularly in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
Work with content teams to guide existing content optimizations and new content creationReview technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
Collaborate with web developers for implementation of SEO recommendationsDirect off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other identified KPIs

You'll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that amplify our clients' brand presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Implementation
Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client business objectives and brand guidelinesCreate and maintain social media content calendars for multiple client accounts
Collaborate with our creative services team to produce compelling visual and video contentImplement data-driven approaches to optimize social media performanceContent Creation & ManagementWrite engaging, on-brand copy for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
Coordinate with our creative team to develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and multimedia contentCurate relevant industry content and user-generated contentEnsure all content aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives
Community ManagementMonitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media channelsFoster community engagement and build meaningful relationships with followersHandle customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessaryMaintain consistent brand voice and tone in all interactions
Analytics & ReportingTrack and analyze social media performance metrics using our data analytics solutions
Generate comprehensive reports showing ROI, engagement rates, reach, and conversion metricsProvide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization
Present performance data to clients and internal stakeholdersCampaign ManagementSupport paid social media advertising campaigns in coordination with our Performance Marketing teamAssist in influencer partnership initiatives and collaborationsExecute social media components of integrated marketing campaigns
Coordinate cross-platform promotional activities.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency environmentProven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Technical Skills
Proficiency in social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.)Experience with social media analytics tools (Facebook Analytics, Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc.)Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or FigmaUnderstanding of social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media contentCore CompetenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong organizational and time management skillsData-driven mindset with analytical capabilities
Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of emerging social media platforms and trendsExperience in B2B and B2C social media marketing
Certification in Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms
Understanding of conversion rate optimization principlesPrevious agency experience with client management responsibilities
Location - Mumbai, Delhi / NCR, Bengaluru , Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Remote (comfortable working b/w 9 AM to 5 PM EST (Mon-Fri) 6 PM TO 2 AM IST)
