Boeing India Private Ltd. is currently seeking a high performing Associate S&F Protection Multi Op Spec (S&FP Operations) to join our team. Candidate must be adaptive and quick learner. Other qualities for this candidate are a positive attitude, self-motivated, the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Good communication skills are needed both verbally and written, to Interact with peers and customers. Job requires the ability to work well with others on a team as well as independently. This role will be based out of Bangalore, India.

Position Responsibilities:

The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Under direction of the Site Security Manager, manage and conduct all routine security operations
• Maintain and implement all relevant policies, plans, and procedures
• Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry.
• Provide support in managing access management system and processes
• Interact with, and provide support to, the Security Operations Centre and Emergency Operations Centre
• Provide badging support to events at the Campus or outside campus as required
• On a daily and/or as needs basis, conduct the following activities:
• Monitor and Manage the Lock & Key database in hard/soft format and associated activities
• Handling AMCs and coordination with vendors on maintenance related support
• Generating MIS daily, weekly and monthly as per business requirement
• Maintain, monitor and track site related compliances
• Ensure data protection in compliance with Boeing Information Protection guidelines
• Provide support to Investigations as required

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Prior practical experience of managing Lock and Key Services, badging operations, dock operations and security operations at a large site, such as an industrial or manufacturing center, University Campus, Hospital, Airport, etc.
• Knowledge of Lock and Key management services, including operations, training and administration is desirable
• Languages – Fluent in Hindi and English (essential) and Kannada (desirable)
• Proficient in producing written plans and an effective and a confident and effective communicator

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience ) :

• Develop and maintain relationships / partnerships with customers, team members, peers, and partners to develop collaborative plans and complete projects.
• Demonstrate strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Be fluent in written and spoken English, and have high degree of proficiency with MS Office tools to prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work.

Typical Education & Experience:

Typically, 4-8 years related work experience or Relevant military experience. advanced degree (eg. Bachelor, Master, etc.), preferred, but not required.
