About The Opportunity
A fast-paced organization operating in the IT Services & Network Infrastructure sector, delivering enterprise connectivity, managed networking, and secure WAN/LAN solutions across India. We design, deploy, and support high-availability network environments for business-critical applications and require hands-on network engineering talent to run on-site operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and WAN appliances for on-site enterprise networks across multiple locations in India.
  • Design and implement routing protocols and backbone services (BGP, OSPF, MPLS) to ensure resilient, low-latency connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues using packet captures, log analysis, and diagnostic tools; restore services with minimal downtime.
  • Manage firewall policies and security configurations (FortiGate and similar), enforce segmentation, and support VPN and remote access services.
  • Monitor network health using NMS tools, respond to alerts, and perform capacity planning and firmware upgrades during maintenance windows.
  • Maintain accurate network documentation, change records, and runbooks; collaborate with cross-functional teams for project delivery and incident resolution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience working on enterprise LAN/WAN networks in an on-site capacity.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, NAT, and network security best practices.
  • Ability to work day shifts on-site in India and participate in scheduled maintenance windows or on-call rotation when required.
