  • Enrolling students for courses offered by the company.
  • Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database
  • Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement
  • Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, course details
  • Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled
  • Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
  • Contacting existing students as well as prospective students
  • Obtaining students' information and other relevant data.
  • Asking questions to the student and understanding their specifications.
  • Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
  • Taking and processing product queries in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining the database on a regular basis.
  • Suggesting solutions based on student's needs and requirements
