We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our online and offline marketing efforts. This role involves developing integrated campaigns, managing the brand presence across platforms, and driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Marketing:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, email, social media, content marketing).
  • Manage social media accounts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Oversee website performance and ensure effective lead generation through digital channels.
  • Coordinate with agencies and freelancers for creative assets, performance marketing, etc.
  • Track ROI for online campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Offline Marketing:

  • Plan and execute offline campaigns including print, radio, outdoor (OOH), and events.
  • Collaborate with sales teams for promotional events, exhibitions, and in-store branding.
  • Handle vendor negotiations, budgeting, and logistics for offline campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support offline strategies.

Cross-Channel Coordination:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Lead campaign brainstorming, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs and generate performance reports for senior management.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives and coordinate with design/content teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.).
  • Experience in budgeting, campaign planning, and project management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
