About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Automotive Test Engineer
with strong expertise in CANoe and automotive communication protocols. The role involves ECU testing, diagnostics for configuration changes, issue debugging, and close interaction with customers to ensure seamless communication between client design teams and end-customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform
    initial ECU testing
    for each release before customer confirmation testing.
  • Conduct
    CAN / CAPL simulations
    and perform
    Diagnostics for Configuration changes
    .
  • Perform
    ECU flashing
    and validation activities.
  • Debug issues and reproduce reported bugs in ECU, working closely with the client design team.
  • Conduct
    Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
    in collaboration with end-customers and provide detailed issue analysis.
  • Act as a
    communication bridge
    between the client design team and end-customer, ensuring technical alignment.
  • Document and report findings, ensuring accurate and timely communication of issues and resolutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of professional experience in the
    automotive domain
    .
  • Hands-on expertise with CANoe
    (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of
    automotive communication protocols
    : CAN, LIN.
  • Expertise in
    Diagnostics for Configuration changes
    , ECU flashing, and configuration management.
  • Proven
    issue debugging and problem-solving skills
    .
  • Prior experience in
    direct customer interaction and technical discussions
    .
  • Strong ability to
    analyze, reproduce, and report ECU bugs
    effectively.
