Position: Planning Engineer

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years

Location: Pune {Across sites/projects (as per company requirement)}

Industry Preference: CPWD / Government Building Projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using tools such as MS Project / Primavera.
  • Prepare detailed construction programs, resource plans, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and consultants for planning-related requirements.
  • Track project progress against the baseline schedule and highlight delays/risks with mitigation plans.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly project progress reports as per CPWD/government requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and reporting aligned with CPWD norms and standards.
  • Assist in tender planning, rate analysis, and preparation of work breakdown structures (WBS).
  • Coordinate and support project teams at any site or project location as assigned.
  • Identify potential risks, propose corrective actions, and optimize resources for timely completion.
  • Ensure alignment of project planning with cost control, billing, and execution teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in CPWD government building projects.
  • Strong expertise in project scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel).
  • Excellent knowledge of CPWD specifications, procedures, and contract management.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to work at any site or project as per company requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100, ₹120,000.00 per month
