Location: Chennai

Role Overview

We are looking for a DVA Modeller to support various programs by creating, maintaining, and validating Dimensional Variation Analysis (DVA) models. The role involves working with CAD data, tolerances, and assembly processes to deliver accurate DVA studies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain DVA models for BIW, Exterior, Interior, and Supplier assemblies.
  • Execute Appearance, Functional (UN/UP), and What-If DVA studies as per standard guidelines.
  • Gather required inputs: CAD, locating strategy, tolerances, and specifications.
  • Prepare clarification sheets for missing inputs and coordinate with assigned SPOCs.
  • Validate DVA results and update models based on feedback.
  • Create summary and memo reports (PowerPoint) for all DVA assessments.
  • Upload final models and files into Teamcenter with correct nomenclature.
  • Ensure on-time delivery with zero quality issues.

Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of CAD tools (CATIA, NX, etc.)
  • Understanding of GD&T (certificate preferred)
  • Basic SPC knowledge
  • Automobile domain knowledge
  • VIS VSA / Teamcenter knowledge
  • Good MS Office skills

Experience Required

  • Fresher: 0–2 years
  • Junior: 2+ years
  • Senior: 7+ years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹42,571.59 per month
