Job description

Position Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Senior IT Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CCTV systems, excellent communication skills, and comprehensive software knowledge. This role is critical in maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring the security and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CCTV System Management:

  2. Design, install, and maintain CCTV and surveillance systems.

  3. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues.

  4. Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices.

  5. Technical Support:

  6. Provide expert technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

  7. Respond to and resolve IT support requests from users in a timely manner.

  8. Conduct regular system updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

  9. Software Management:

  10. Manage and optimize software applications critical to business operations.

  11. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess software needs and implement solutions.

  12. Train staff on software usage and best practices

  13. Communication and Collaboration:

  14. Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries.

  15. Facilitate communication between IT and other departments to align technology strategies.

  16. Prepare reports and presentations for management on IT performance and initiatives.

  17. Project Management:

  18. Lead and participate in IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

  19. Document all project processes and outcomes for future reference.

  20. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

  21. Security Compliance:

  22. Implement and monitor security measures for IT systems

  23. Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.

  24. Develop and maintain IT policies related to security and data protection.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, with a focus on CCTV systems and software management.

  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and troubleshooting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud services and cybersecurity principles.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

  • Knowledge of database management and IT compliance standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
