Job Summary: We're looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our in-house Asia Pacific marketing team.

This Gurgaon-based role will support our global operations across Australia, China, and Japan, producing high-impact creative that reflects local market nuances while staying true to our brand. The ideal candidate brings a polished portfolio, deep design expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones. Responsibilities: Design engaging, brand-aligned visual assets across digital, print, social, email, presentation, and website channels.

Adapt core brand creative for regional audiences in China, Japan, and Australia, ensuring cultural relevance and clarity. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales, and web developers to execute briefs and campaigns. Maintain and evolve design templates, assets, and internal style guides.

Ensure consistency and precision across all touchpoints, adhering to brand guidelines and accessibility standards. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering on deadline and to a high standard. Stay informed on emerging design trends, tools, and APAC-specific visual styles.

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years' experience in professional graphic design, preferably within an in-house or agency environment. High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong knowledge of layout, typography, branding, color theory, and digital-first design practices.

Experience working across international or multilingual markets is highly desirable. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with global teams.
