About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative
Digital Marketing Assistant
with hands-on experience (6 months to 1 year) to support our marketing team across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about digital trends, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of executing tasks across
SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Content Creation (CC), Blog Writing
, and
Campaign Management
. A flair for
acting
or on-camera presence is a
big plus
.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
  • Perform keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and monitor SEO metrics.
  • Assist in content optimization for search engines.

  • Track and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

  • SMM (Social Media Marketing):

  • Assist in planning and executing social media calendars.
  • Create and schedule engaging posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

  • Respond to comments/messages and engage with the audience.

  • Content Creation (CC):

  • Assist in designing visual content (basic graphics, reels, stories) using tools like Canva or Adobe suite.

  • Support video ideation and basic editing for social media.

  • Blog Writing:

  • Research industry-related topics and write engaging, SEO-optimized blog posts.
  • Assist in proofreading and editing content to ensure brand consistency.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Support the execution of digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

  • Help coordinate between internal and external stakeholders.

  • Acting / On-Camera Presence:

  • Participate in short-form video content creation (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Be comfortable appearing on camera to represent the brand in various formats (tutorials, explainers, promotional videos, etc.).

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing (Internships + Freelance work are valid).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, social media platforms, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging and trendy content.
  • Comfortable in front of the camera
    ; previous
    on-screen experience
    is a plus.
  • Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, WordPress, etc
