1. Public Relations

  • Develop and implement strategic PR initiatives to enhance the company's brand image.
  • Manage media relations, including handling inquiries, sponsorships, events, awards, and management speaking opportunities.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and PR materials.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage, maintaining press clippings for records.
  • Identify and secure free social media coverage opportunities.
  • Plan and execute paid PR campaigns and CSR activities for the brand and all projects.
  • Collaborate with mid-size social media influencers for project promotions via cross-promotions.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, CPs, and VPCs through WhatsApp communication.
  • Coordinate with external creative and PR agencies to align communication strategies.

2. Social Media Management / Content Management:

  • Develop and implement a monthly social media strategy and content calendar.
  • Write content for Social Media Advertising
  • Ideate, create, and oversee the production of all social media content and posts.
  • Adapt strategies and enhance content quality based on Social Media Managers feedback.
  • Manage LinkedIn content ideation, creation, and page management for all four Directors.

5. Internal & External Coordination with Designer Team

  • Coordinate with creative agencies, in-house designers, and video production teams for marketing collateral.
  • Provide clear briefings to designers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

  • Align marketing initiatives with overall company objectives by collaborating with the marketing team.Role & responsibilities

  • Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Engage and manage vendors as required for marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Capture and share customer, channel partner, and vendor testimonials by visiting sites, recording videos, coordinating with video editors, and posting on social media.

3. Corporate Events

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, including conferences, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Handle event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.

4. Content Development

  • Ideate and draft engaging content, including ad copies and launch concepts.
  • Produce high-quality content for websites, BTL campaigns, newsletters, and social media.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice across all content materials.
  • Work with the marketing team to align content with strategic goals and graphics.
  • Edit and proofread content for accuracy and messaging consistency.
  • Draft content for company and management events, speaking engagements, and panel discussions.
  • Write LinkedIn posts highlighting Directors achievements and accomplishments.
