About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Non-IT Recruiter
to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across corporate and professional services domains, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent in the market.

Experience working with a Big 4 or similar professional services environment will be an added advantage.

We are looking for

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing.
  • Manage recruitment portals, LinkedIn outreach, and employee referrals.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–8 years
    of experience in
    Non-IT recruitment
    , preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Immediate joiners preferred
