Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, proficiency in drafting software, and the ability to handle site coordination and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

  • Create concepts, design themes, and layout plans for residential/commercial projects.
  • Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation boards.
  • Develop BOQs, material lists, and cost estimates.

Client Interaction

  • Attend client meetings to understand requirements and present design options.
  • Modify designs based on client feedback.
  • Provide regular updates to clients during project execution.

Material & Vendor Coordination

  • Select and finalize materials, finishes, fabrics, lights, and furniture.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for pricing and timelines.

Site Supervision

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure execution as per design.
  • Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and contractors.
  • Resolve on-site issues related to design and measurement.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain project documents, drawings, revisions, and progress reports.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects with quality standards.

Required Skills

  • Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop (any combination works).
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and current design trends.
  • Good visualization skills & design sense.
  • Strong communication and site coordination skills.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 14 years (Freshers with strong portfolio may be considered).
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects.
  • Willing to visit sites, vendors, and markets whenever required.
