Role: Network Senior Lead

Location: Delhi Bilaspur (On-site, Full-time)

Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced
Network Engineer
to join our team in
Delhi Bilaspur
. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing and maintaining both
network infra and hardware systems
. The role includes providing technical support, resolving network and hardware-related issues, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting help desk and service desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN devices.
  • Troubleshoot network and hardware-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to users via help desk/service desk channels.
  • Monitor network performance and system health; apply patches and updates as needed.
  • Work closely with vendors and other IT teams for hardware repairs and replacements.
  • Maintain hardware inventory and ensure compliance with IT asset management policies.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting and hardware maintenance.
  • Strong customer service and help desk support skills.
  • Proficiency in service desk operations and ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of firewall configuration, SD-WAN, and network security principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred:

  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, equivalent.
