Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in civil, architectural, and interior projects in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate should possess a civil engineering degree and be well-versed in overseeing construction activities, managing project timelines, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is required to effectively communicate with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage Construction Activities: Oversee all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.

2. Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to plan and execute construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints.

3. Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

4. Site Supervision: Provide on-site supervision and guidance to construction teams, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans.

5. Material Management: Monitor and manage the procurement, storage, and utilization of construction materials, ensuring availability as per project requirements.

6. Progress Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports, documenting project milestones, challenges, and solutions for effective communication with project stakeholders.

7. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all site personnel.

8. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve construction-related issues, such as design conflicts, technical challenges, and resource constraints, in a proactive and timely manner.

9. Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including drawings, project files, and relevant documentation, to facilitate effective project management and future reference.

10. Client Coordination: Collaborate with clients, architects, and consultants to address project queries, provide updates, and maintain positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer on civil, architectural, and interior projects in India.

2. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.

4. Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi languages is preferred.

5. Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.

6. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

7. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

8. Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.

9. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
