Job Description:

We are looking for
passionate and confident English Language Trainers
to join our team at our upcoming branch. If you have strong communication skills and a genuine interest in teaching, we'd love to hear from you.

Selected candidates must successfully complete a
mandatory 3–4 week training and certification program
before final onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver
    Spoken English and Communication Skills
    sessions to students
  • Improve students'
    fluency, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and confidence
  • Conduct
    interactive classroom activities, group discussions, and role plays
  • Prepare students for
    interviews, presentations, and workplace communication
  • Maintain class discipline and ensure student engagement
  • Track student progress and provide regular feedback
  • Follow Grace Academy's
    training curriculum and teaching standards

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (English preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
  • Prior teaching or training experience will be an added advantage
  • Willingness to undergo
    mandatory 3–4 weeks of training and certification
  • Commitment to professional growth and institutional standards
