Job Description for Staff Nurse

A Staff Nurse delivers skilled nursing care, helping patients with treatments, medicine, and monitoring their condition. They coordinate with doctors and other health professionals to ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being. Along with direct care, they keep accurate records, teach patients about their health, and assist in medical procedures.

• Checking how patients are doing (temperature, pulse, etc.)
• Being compassionate, patient, and caring.
• Talking with patients and families, explaining things
• Keeping records of what was done
• Having extra experience working in special units like ICU, emergency, or newborn care.
• Being registered/licensed properly with the Nursing Council.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills—being able to talk to patients and families well.
• Being able to work under pressure, and staying calm during emergencies.
• Being a team player—able to collaborate with doctors, other nurses, technicians.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt.

Preffered Candidates: ANM, GNM, B.Sc. Nursing.

Job Description for Billing Exceutive:

To manage and ensure accurate, timely billing and financial transactions for all related services. To serve as a liaison between patients, finance, and clinical staff so billing is clear, fair, and correctly processed. procedures (IVF, IUI, embryo transfer, lab tests, etc.).

• Register patients and collect required personal, medical, and insurance info.
• Prepare and generate invoices/bills for services like consultations, diagnostics, procedures (IVF, IUI, embryo transfer, lab tests, etc.).
• Prepare and submit insurance claims, follow-up on approvals.
• Track outstanding balances / unpaid invoices.
• Answer patient questions about bills, explain charges.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, adjustments.
• Support audits / finance reviews.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient & financial information.

Preffered Candidates:

• Commerce
• Finance
• Accounting
• Healthcare Admin

Good understanding of billing systems and software(Moc Doc).

Good communication skills to explain bills, liaise with insurance, etc.).

Computer skills MS Office; familiarity with hospital billing or electronic medical record software.
