Min Experience: 13 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time ₹3,00,000 - ₹10,00,000 a year We are looking for a seasoned Core Banking Solutions Architect – Wealth & Investment Platforms to lead design, customization, and implementation within advanced banking and wealth management ecosystems. The ideal professional will bring deep expertise in core banking products, especially in Accumulator / Decumulator (AQDQ) workflows, and strong hands-on experience configuring and extending banking suite functionalities to meet complex business and operational needs. This role involves working closely with product, operations, and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and optimized solutions across front-to-back investment lifecycle processes.
Experience 13+ years of overall experience in financial technology or banking domain roles. 5–7 years of experience with enterprise core banking or wealth management platforms. Extensive hands-on expertise with Accumulator / Decumulator (AQDQ) product implementations, including complete lifecycle knowledge.
Key Responsibilities Architect, configure, and enhance core banking modules supporting wealth and investment management workflows. Lead implementation and customization of transactional and lifecycle processes across securities, FX, money markets, derivatives, and structured products. Oversee parameterization and configuration within enterprise banking frameworks to align with operational and compliance needs. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable banking platform solutions. Work with internal engineering teams on performance optimization, output stream generation, workflow automation, and integration touchpoints. Support lifecycle management across order execution, clearing, settlement, reporting, and client communication streams. Drive continuous improvements across front-to-back processes leveraging domain knowledge and modern development practices.
Technical Expertise Strong hands-on experience with AQDQ product stack and related business object models (e.g., STEX, ASSET, SECEVT2). Experience with template and document-generation frameworks (LETTER output stream advantage). Solid understanding of financial instruments, market structures, and wealth management operations. Programming / scripting exposure: Java, JavaScript, PL/SQL, Python, NodeJS, ReactJS, Angular, and Git-based version control tools. Familiarity with FIX protocol, Bloomberg interfaces, and market data integrations.
Preferred Qualifications Certification or professional training on enterprise banking or wealth technology platforms. Experience with order management systems (OMS) or execution management systems (EMS). Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities. Experience leading architecture or implementation programs for large enterprise clients.
