Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior React / Developer to lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable, and interactive web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React 18+, 14+, and advanced knowledge of state management, API caching, and TypeScript. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver modern, maintainable, and performance-driven web experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable front-end code using React 18+ and 14+.

Implement advanced state management solutions using React Context, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Redux Saga.

Integrate React Query / TanStack Query for optimized data fetching, caching, pagination, and background revalidation.

Build and maintain protected routes, nested layouts, and dynamic pages using React Router or routing.

Ensure strong typing and type safety using TypeScript for all components, API models, and form structures.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces.

Work closely with backend teams to integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs efficiently.

Implement animations and visual effects using GSAP and for dynamic data visualizations and interactive charts.

Optimize application performance through lazy loading, code splitting, and prefetching.

Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish best practices for front-end architecture.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows for deployment automation.

State Management: Redux Toolkit, Redux Saga, Zustand, React Context API

Data Layer: React Query / TanStack Query

UI & Animation: GSAP, , Framer Motion (plus)

Routing: App Router, React Router

Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress (preferred)

Build Tools: Vite, Webpack, Babel

Version Control: Git / GitHub / GitLab

Performance Optimization: SSR, ISR, CSR, Lazy Loading, Caching

APIs: REST, GraphQL

Other Plus Skills: Docker, , Tailwind CSS, Storybook, SEO-ready rendering

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience in React and development.

Proven track record of delivering large-scale, production-grade web applications.

Strong understanding of web performance, security, and accessibility principles.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with real-time data applications (WebSockets, Firebase).

Familiarity with Headless CMS (Strapi, Sanity, Contentful).

Exposure to analytics dashboards and custom chart libraries.

Understanding of DevOps and cloud deployment (AWS, Vercel, DigitalOcean).
