Lead Front End Applications

Role Overview:

The Lead Front End Applications will oversee customer- and dealer-facing digital platforms including CRM, DMS, web, and mobile applications. The role ensures seamless digital experience across the vehicle sales, aftersales, and customer journey touchpoints, aligned with OEM brand standards and integrated with backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, deployment, and lifecycle management of CRM, DMS, dealer portals, customer mobile apps, and websites.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and Dealer Development teams to define digital requirements.
  • Govern system architecture, integrations, and data flows with ERP, analytics, and customer data platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, security, and corporate branding standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in digital customer experience through innovation and analytics.
  • Lead vendor partnerships, manage SLAs, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • 12-15 years of experience in automotive IT/digital platforms with CRM/DMS leadership.
  • Proven delivery of customer-facing applications at OEM/Dealer/Automotive ecosystem level.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and external digital vendors.

Key Skills

  • CRM/DMS platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or automotive-specific DMS).
  • Web/mobile application design, UI/UX, and integration architecture.
  • Knowledge of data security/privacy standards (GDPR, ISO
  • Strong program management and vendor governance.
  • Stakeholder engagement with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and Dealer Ops.
