Responsibility:


• Develop business plans and analysis including market research for Customer Experience Cycle of new projects.


• Understand in detail, the workings of and the interactions between Business Units in the

Organization


• Develop project plans and financial projections for Business Units based on targets and

availability of resources.


• Support and assist the Head of Customer Experience with all the necessary information and analytics for better decision making and strategic planning


• Prepare regular dashboards, reports and presentations to update the key stakeholders

within and outside the organization the work progress in a business unit.


• Work on identified strategic initiatives


• Researching planning and generating ideas keeping in mind the company's business

• Play a significant role in helping Total Environment successfully achieving its business targets in terms of better processes and improve the efficiency of Business Units by understanding and improving various aspects of Customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of experience in business analytics
  • Educational qualification – Bachelor of Engineering + MBA [ preferably]
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all
  • levels in the organization
  • Strong familiarity with technology and software tools, especially Microsoft Office Suite and
  • advance excel skills and financial models
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Forward thinking, problem solving skills and readiness to take on new challenges
  • Superb follow through and organization skills. Your tasks will be varied and rearranged constantly based on the priorities of a Business Unit. Being detail oriented is key to handling the pace
