We're expanding rapidly and are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and drive growth.

Position Overview

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts across various digital channels. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and boosting enrollment in our courses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Manage and optimize social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) to grow engagement and followers
  • Create and publish compelling content including posts, reels, videos, and blogs to promote courses and events
  • Perform SEO and SEM activities to increase website traffic and improve search rankings
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip sequences for lead nurturing
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and prepare performance reports
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
  • Research market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to improve marketing strategies
  • Support the sales team in lead generation and conversion efforts

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in the education, e-learning, or tech industry)

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console), and analytics platforms
  • Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and lead nurturing

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and copywriting abilities
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Analytical and data-driven approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
