We are seeking a Lead Trainer to lead, oversee, and deliver our training programs in AI Agents, Data Science, and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in these domains, along with a passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Delivery: Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions on topics such as Python programming, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, LLMs, LangChain, prompt engineering, data analysis, data visualization, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with the curriculum team to design, develop, and update course materials, including lectures, projects, case studies, and assessments.
  • Student Mentorship: Provide academic and career guidance, supporting students in understanding complex concepts and successfully completing practical assignments.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor student progress through evaluations, provide detailed feedback, and identify strategies for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep up with emerging trends and innovations in AI and data science, integrating the latest tools and practices into training programs.
  • Course Video Creation: Develop and record video tutorials and supplementary learning resources aligned with the curriculum.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python, machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP, LLMs, LangChain, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Teaching Experience: Prior teaching or training experience is preferred, with the ability to simplify and explain technical concepts effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire, engage, and motivate learners.
  • Adaptability: Flexible in teaching approaches to cater to diverse learning styles and skill levels.
  • Experience Level: Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
