About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable Java-based applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Java applications (using Spring Boot, Hibernate, or related frameworks).
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement technical requirements.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
  • Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and external systems.
  • Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Java Developer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate / JPA, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
  • Understanding of OOP principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to Agile / Scrum development practices.
