Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Welder with strong expertise in CO₂, ARC, and related welding processes. The role involves fabricating, assembling, and inspecting metal components as per aerospace and manufacturing standards while ensuring safety, quality, and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform CO₂, ARC, and other welding processes to assemble/fabricate components.
  • Layout, position, and secure parts using precision instruments (Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions with accuracy.
  • Conduct weld inspections (hydrostatic, x-ray, dimensional tolerance).
  • Develop jigs, fixtures, and templates for alignment.
  • Adjust flame, amperage, and voltage for optimal results.
  • Follow safety standards, quality guidelines, and aerospace compliance requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in CO₂, ARC, TIG/MIG welding processes.
  • Strong knowledge of metallurgy, materials, and welding techniques.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Skilled in using precision measurement tools.
  • Familiarity with weld testing methods.
  • Attention to detail, safety-conscious, and a strong team player.
