About the Role

Join our team and take charge of site execution, finishing, and handover for our ultra-luxury villa project in Goa. We are looking for an experienced professional who can ensure world-class quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee day-to-day site execution & finishing.


• Ensure premium quality standards & detailing.


• Coordinate with architects, consultants & contractors.


• Manage site team, materials, and schedules.


• Handle snag lists & ensure smooth handover.

Requirements

* Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

* 4–8 years' experience (luxury villas/residences preferred).

* Strong technical, finishing & team management skills.

* Proficiency in drawings, site supervision & quality control.
