What you'll do:

Responsibilities

• Manages the execution and implementation of detailed program or project plans in concert with internal and external stakeholders.
• Works closely with internal stakeholders and logistics service providers, and third-party vendors during the requirements, solutions design and implementation phases to develop detailed project plans for implementation.
• Manage the program project from scoping, business case and requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project.
• Works on risk assessment, communication planning, development of performance metrics, and project entry criteria.
• Creates detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.
• Oversees stakeholder expectations and provides issue/risk identification and escalation pathways.
• Supervises the implementation team of cross-functional project resources.
• Implements governance to ensure effective exchange of information between project stakeholders, senior management, and staff.
• Resolves complex project issues that involve representatives from multiple organizations.
• Escalate issues to management which cannot be resolved at the program project level.
• Reasonable flexibility to work across global time-zone.

Knowledge and Skills

• Superior understanding of Supply Chain Logistics processes and strategy.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus .
• Experience in driving change and transforming organizations through analyzing and improving high level/strategic processes.
• Deliberate and structured way of thinking resulting in effective cross-functional delivery.
• Strong communicator (written and verbal) able to work with various audiences, partners and Senior Leaders.
• Experience in the project management domain to know when and how to leverage tools and techniques to effectively coach teams.
• Presentation skills
• Strong change management skills
• Professional business acumen
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Reasonable flexibility to work across global time-zone.
• Advanced English level.

• Leads complex transformative logistics programs.

Anticipates strategic needs and impacts on overall business model.

What you need to bring :

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and five years of related work experience in supply chain or logistics discipline preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics-related function
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
